Help/Support / Deepbot crashing on startup since Windows Updates.

Hey there! Windows 7 decided to do some updates early this morning, and ever since then Deepbot crashes immediately on start up. Is there anything I can do to fix it in the short term? Thank you so much!

Help/Support / Had to reinstall deepbot - Is there ANY WAY I can get everyone's info back?

Hey there. I had to reinstall deepbot after upgrading my PC and MOBO because no matter what I did the bot would crash on launch. I didn't uninstall the original deepbot, just redownloaded it and reinstalled it and everyone's information is gone. Their information, points, battletags, commands, everything has disappeared. I thought there was a cloud system for the bot so I was wondering if there is any way I can recover all of this! Please and thank you!
