Help/Support / Notification issues and font change?

Hi, so now I've managed to properly setup my Subscriber and Donation notifier. But every now and then when I click preview, it doesn't pop up in OBS (Using CSS obviously) , but if I click it once or twice more it will pop-up. I'm just afraid it won't pop up on OBS when I'm going live, anyone experienced it missing a donation/sub ?

Also, how do I change the font on the notifiers? Tried this and that, but seems like it keeps the same default font (looks abit wierd <3 )

I used TwitchAlerts for this, but seemed like it kept bugging out...

I'm struggling to find the txt files for this elsewhere, not even in OBS folder. Is it possible to get this with DeepBot or am I missing some folder? Plugins needed?
