Bug Reports / Recent Donor Message Txt is not updating

Hey there

I use OBS and i use the LastDonorMessage.txt now i had like 5 new Donations and it still keeps saying the old same message.
In the NotificationsTab the DonorMessages are displayed correctly.

Any tips? i re-entered the a new scene but still its the old msg.

Hey Guys my OBS CLR Donate Notification is not working anymore since the last patch i guess. Sometimes it did not show up so i had to restart deepbot and no problem. But now it does not work. i use the CLR as global source but i tried to make a new scene aswell no matter what.. it wont show the cheque on stream :X

any ideas or news?

I use the OBS CLR Donation Tracking and if i only get the Cheque with the $ not with the € even if i change the it to ChequeEUR.png. any chance to get the €? as CLR working?
and where do i find the top and recent donator.txt?

I saw today a Deepbot only "answering" in color so it must be /me on twitch. How to set that up? looks way better in the chat as i think.

Bug Reports / Not Following and resetting coins/hours

I have the problem just some viewers told me. They have like 0 Hours and 0 coins it happened to like 5~ viewers.
And those had like 80hours +1300coins. If some1 does not watch the stream for a certain time does it reset?
I had no crashes nothing.

The 2nd thing is the user database shows 4 out of my Top 5 viewers as Not Following but they are still following and showed me a screenshot.

not sure what it is. Can i add hours to somebody? any logs i could post?

Help/Support / Since Update. Every Command with < or > does not show up

i just have the problem that the bot wont show commands with this < or >. i just read the changelog and it said someth about emergency update about this. But it does not work
if i type in !betting help or more... nothing shows up on twitch just on the bot.

How can i fix this? or did i miss something?

Bug Reports / Songrequest songs are not available in your country

Hey there. i have the problem that i live in Germany -.-. We got many restrictions for Youtube Music Videos. So pretty much every 2nd Video is not available in my country. do i have any chance to fix this? my firefox / chrome uses a "plugin" which uses a proxy or something to avoid it.
