Would like Key Shortcuts
example:
alt+1 will turn on music.
alt+2 Will turn off music.
Allow us to make shortcut keys for everything we can do.

Custom Notifications / Layout question

Not sure if im allow to post this here or not. If not I am sorry. I am looking for someone to help me out with a layout. I am not any good with images or making them.
I been looking to make a layout and I one in paint not a real one just a layout and was wondering if someone can make it for me. I dont mind giving a little $$ for the help. If so I am going to post some information below.

1366x768 OBS says I use.

As you can see I have 2 layers there. First layer I would like to use the color Blue (Light Blue) and the second layer I want the color black or blackish grayish color.

The top left I want to have my Now playing as you can see I put a little icon there. You dont have to use that icon.  Where is says recent music area thats where I will have my text file go to..

The Middle is where I want my stream name. Dangioffre.

Top Right is where I want my Twitter & youtube. the icons with both with /eFluxgaming

Time for the bottom

As you can see I have 2 layers there. First layer I would like to use the color Blue (Light Blue) and the second layer I want the color black or blackish grayish color.

Bottom left I want my donations there and next to it as you can see says "recent donator area" and "top Donations area". Which I will have my text file go there.

Middle I would like to have eF there for my gaming community. Black e(Not caps) F(Red or the Light Blue color which ever looks better) If we can keep that Cap.

Bottom Right I just want the word Follow. Thats all.
