Hello guys i got a big problem i already payed 20€ and nothing is working like i want to

first i bought the bot with my stream account which was wrong i think, now i did an second account for the bot and bought it again . but i cant use it...
always fail connection

now my STREAM account is Prince___TV
and i want to take the bot as Princetvbot

i bought the bot on both accounts and i cant login with Princetvbot on my channel always tells me to take Prince___TV which is also not working cause iam the streamer with this account

PLZZZZZZ Help me outa there

Guten Tag da ich anscheind anfangs ein Fehler gemacht habe und mich mit meinem main account eingeloggt habe anstatt mit dem " bot " account habe ich nun nochmal den BOT bezahlt diesmal über meinen zwweit account

MAIN ACCOUNT zu Streamen ist Prince___TV
BOT ACCOUNT soll sein PrinceTvbot

ich bitte um Hilfe bei meinem Bot funktioniert garnichts
und ich habe jetzt bereits 20€ bezahlt

sobald ich mich mit meinem Bot account einlogen will über die deepbot exe sagt er mir ich könnte nur mit PrinceTV einlogen aber das bringt mir ja nichts da das mein Main account ist..

BITTE um dringende Hilfe

Guten Tag irgendwie habe ich Probleme und bekomme es nicht alleine gelöst...
Ich habe mich hier auf der Seite mit meinem Twitch kanal verbunden und alles aktiviert plus bezahlt und den bot herunter geladen.
jedoch sagt er mir ständig ich muss mich mit meinem " twitch " kanal als bot anmelden und ebenso als user anmelden,
so sehe ich mich im channel bei mir unter zuschauerliste aber jedoch nur einmal und das nicht als Bot sondern als Admin bzw channel inhaber.
brauche dringen hilfe wie ich den bot aktivieren kann :/
