Help/Support / Some questions as a New VIP Streamer

Can I customize the way the follow and sub notifications look on my stream?
The music tab does not work, I have the latest flash player installed with chrome and yes I have it enabled and I have always run checked. It seems many others have this problem and I believe you guys should look into it.
Also for the donation settings, what is "add note" "Speech Text" and "Channel Msg" and what do they do?
And will VIP's automatically become VIP's if they donate the specific amounts listed here: http://gyazo.com/50cc0ce0c0b928b07a40393d508874a0 or do I still have to manually do it? On the same note will the points per dollar be added to their accounts automatically as well?
