Help/Support / All of my streams info is gone along with my viewers points.

I just got a new computer and all of the points my viewers had are gone. The commands and everything are gone as well. What can I do?

Help/Support / Follower auto points or coins?

I had it setup where if someone follows they get points automatically for following my channel and that doesn't work now.
