Feature Requests / Reduced Points for Nonfollowers?

So I am doing a giveaway and I am at a size where I can still easily thumb through my channel and notice there are people blatantly trying to giveaway snipe. So I was thinking of ways to nullify that(Quite honestly, if they don't watch, then I simply don't care about turning them away from my stream) and someone mentioned this idea of reduced point gain for people not following. I was wondering if we could maybe divide out the regular classification for points to "Non Follower and Follower" to help deter that kind of thing? Its a small solution and not even a big deal, just curious if this is something that could be considered?

Saw this tonight, obviously not really on you, but I figured I'd at least point you to the information about it. Possibly a warning of some kind so people who do a google search find out quickly its a scam attempt? You seem like a really flexible dev and I don't want the bot name even remotely tied to this BS.

Today I noticed that our bot was struggling to keep up with command requests. I've never noticed this before, but it seems like people were unable to execute some commands at all, others it would take time. I only have a 15 second anti-spam cooldown but these are several different commands having these issues. Any idea if something is going on or just maybe an isolated incident?

I am up to date on the latest version and didn't just update, so skeptical it is related to that.

Bug Reports / Ranks Reset

Just did the latest update. Super happy for custom join messages to return! But um, unfortunately it seems to have reset my ranks.txt file losing my custom ranks. Fortunately not a big loss(was going to redo anyway), but that kind of sucks and am not sure if that will happen in future updates or what caused it. Figured I'd let ya know its what happened for me.

Help/Support / Custom Welcome Messages Not Showing

I have tried searching for this already, but it seems the current topics are addressing the generic welcome to all people, not custom ones set for specific users.

I had these setup to work fine, then about 2-3 weeks ago they stopped working. I suspect by now if not fixed, then there is a setting I need to change. Can anyone help?

(To be clear, I only want to have it welcome 3 specific users, not a group or everyone. It worked fine before, isn't working now. I do remember before it was working that there was an issue with it that got resolved.)

Help/Support / Chat CSS Explanation?

Ok so I see the CLR Browser for Chat overlay has a TON of CSS now... Is there by chance a guide, or can someone explain to me how to go about adding/modifying that? (I have no issues working w/ Follower/Donation CLR stuff, and the last small CSS for it I kind of was able to work w/. But I am just lost in this thing.)

Help/Support / Chat Overlay - Color Change

Okay, so before when I had this discussion, we covered that the CSS below will change colors. After messing with it, realized it only changes the message color. Is it possible to customize the name colors that display? Currently its Green/White, which is okay, but if I could get away from the green that would be lovely. Kind of guessing this isn't possible currently, but figured I'd ask first. TY!

Feature Requests / Viewer Graph for Stream

I use TeeBoard for my streams, but at this point the single thing I like from it that I don't have here is the viewers/graph w/ a median figure of my viewership. I really like numbers and graphs to look at to see how I am doing/did. I don't even really need a graph, but someway to track my viewership numbers(I don't really like Twitch's system given it seems to be delayed) from my streams.

Is there anyway to configure the text information/colors for the overlay appearance? I can't seem to find a way to edit those details. (Note: I can edit the one in the application for DeepBot, but not external for overlay.)

Also is it possible to get this chat to ignore bots like NightBot?

So periodically I seem to get notifications of new followers while I am offline... Is this a bug or a feature I can toggle on/off? I'd prefer to not be notified while I am offline.

Feature Requests / Viewers Graph and Song Info

This isn't anything massively important, but I have a love for a graph showing the flow of viewers on my streams. TeeBoard has this and it is the only thing I even open that for anymore, would love to get a feature like that implemented so I could have one less program open.

The other thing I have another external function for is to display artist information when using song requests. Would be nice if it could pull artist+song title as well. Not sure how complicated this is, but would be a nice little tool.
