Seems that i deleted my install file (and email) And cant really find any downloads anywhere.

I just paid for another month of VIP! ..been using for few days.. im streaming right now and my deepbot says im not VIP..

Bug Reports / OBS 64bit CLR Browser Donation/Follow alerts problem

Hi!

So i've been using deepbot for a bit now.. And changed to deepbot notification alerts like almost month ago.

After one month of testing.. Main and huge issue i have at the moment that for some reason OBS (64bit) does not always show CLR Browser notifications on my screen.
Donations/Follow sounds do play on the ground. Deepbot even registers the donation.. But nothing on the screen (pop up)
Then i noticed sometimes ..i.e first donation alert does not show on the screen.. But as soon i open http://deepbot.tv/notifications/donationnotification.htm in my chrome browser.. it starts working.. but not always..

Sometimes the (Cheque.png default picture that i use for donations) shows only TEXT but Cheque.png picture does not show. So i get only bunch of text on my screen.. but no picture behind.

Is there any known fixes ? I believe problem is in CLR Browser plugin 64bit which i reinstalled already twice..
Deepbot + CLR browser plugin + http://deepbot.tv/notifications/donationnotification.htm causes the issues?

Or maybe the webpage just does not always work..

Hey..

So deepbot donation alert sometimes goes off by it self.. and sometimes it works fine.
I got this email from paypal...

Help/Support / Glitches with Deepbot !

Hey!

So i paid for deepbot VIP just to have donation / follow notifications.

I start obs + deepbot (both as admin). Connect and so on.

For some reason sometimes follower notification doesnt show on the screen.. Sometimes it's only the ''name'' that is shown. The audio + chat notification works but not in OBS.

Other problem is that donation notification doesn't always show in OBS. Right now i'm using just normal ''CHECK'' overlay.

When someone donates money.. Deepbot does NOT give ''points'' .. I have set it up $1 = 15 points.. still have to do this manually.


I know this is just Alpha and there is a lot of glitches.. But this is just the main stuff i expected to work.. Paid for the VIP Gold and nothing works as it is supposed to..

Help/Support / I get no money to my paypal.. Deepbot what is going on?

Hi !

So i've been using deepbot a while now as stream assistant .. Couple of days ago paid for VIP (again).. Using now as follower / donation notification.
My issue basicly right now is.. I got donations on stream... but i get no money on my paypal. I even made test donation yesterday from my other paypal account to deepbot one... Cant see any transactions. So where did the money go?

Heya guys !

I already posted this one another section on forums but no one responded.

So i started currently using VIPs on my stream.. Problem is that i use Finnish windows 7 ..and it seems like deepbot uses dates/calendar true my windows.
So when any date appears in chat (!VIP) or so.. It is always in Finnish. Is it possible to change deepbot ''date texts'' on english ?.. Without actually changing my windows to eng language.

Hey !

My issues is.. I use Finnish windows 7 due.. well me living in finland.
Everytime deepbot shows any date in my twitch chat it is always in Finnish.. the date itself i mean. How can i change this to English.
I currently started using VIPs etc.. Really important people knows when vip'ship will expire.

Love the bot btw and so far no issues for me except this one..
