Help/Support / cant login, money back?

Hey guys,

yesterday i buy a 2nd licence for nightbot for my 2nd channel and now after 26 hours after the purchase i still cant login. Everytime when i try to login in "Streamer Login" nothing happens. I click on "OAuth Password" give my Name and PW into it, come back to Deepbot and there still stand as StreamerName "expertsonline". No Error Message nothing.

Is it possible to get my money back and u deactivate that account? would be awesome, thx.

German Support / EIn paar Probleme mit Deepbot

Hallo Leute,

ich hab folgende Probleme mit dem Deepbot

- Wenn ich aktiviere das er Werbung automatisch abspielt, läuft der Timer ab, die Nachricht die ich eingestellt habe bevor die Werbung kommt erscheint im Chat, aber er spielt keine Werbung ab!
- Sowohl im Stream Chat als auch im Streamer Chat im Deepbot Client kann ich nichts schreiben. Ich schreibe eine Nachricht, schicke sie ab und sie wird nicht angezeigt!

Was kann ich dagegen tun? Ich starte Deepbot IMMER als Admin, der Bot hat natürlich auch Modrechte im Kanal. Ich wollte eigentlich nicht mehr Manuell Werbung schalten, wofür habe ich sonst den VIP Status jetzt für die 5 Dollar geholt?

Bug Reports / requestsong doesnt work sometimes

Hello...first of all sry for my bad english but i think u will understand me

Sometimes my viewers got the Problem that they cant request the song. Always come the message they had to many requests in the list and have to wait. But this cant be, because i raise the number to 500 after this bug was already in the default settings with 0.

A Friend of mine come for the first time on the stream and try to request a song and this message come everytime. He had 0 Requests in the list.
