Help/Support / Deepbot keeps crashing

My deepbot keeps crashing here in the error log. What can I do to fix this?

21 Mar 14:33:17,371 - 0.6.2.3: Crashed Could not load file or assembly 'CefSharp.dll' or one of its dependencies. The specified module could not be found.

Help/Support / Intro messages not working.

I mod for a guy that uses DeepBot and he uses the intro messages for VIP viewers and mods and such. He has been having trouble with them working. Here lately the intro messages are not even showing up. Is it something on his end or is something going on with the bot? He has made sure everything is supposed to be working properly but they aren't. Thanks for you time.

I have been using deepbot for a while now and I love it!

Name Changes / I have changed my twitch name and twitch bot name

When I click connect "DeepBot is currently in closed Beta. Your stream currently does not have access to the Closed Beta. Please apply at http://deepbot.tv"

Would I be able to switch my closed beta access to my new account credentials?

Old account: Snes_Nerd
Old bot: Snes_Bot

New account: GamingWithJimbo
New bot: JimbosBot

That would be greatly appreciated Experts

Maybe I'm missing it, but could it be possible to have a back button when browsing the forums through Deepbot? It's not a big deal just something small.

Not too sure if Deepbot has anything to do with my OBS crashing alot as well.
Thefreeviper is all so having problems with his deepbot crashing and his OBS as well.
