Help/Support / Cannot Setup My donation page

Hey guys!  I have posted this problem several times before and it is STILL happening.

I have the VIP streamer functions available and I cannot setup my donation page. 

I go here:

http://deepbot.tv/dev/donationaccess/#Home

I click the "Connect with Twitch" button and a 2nd window pops up with nothing going on.

Nothing happens.

Yes - I have tried using CTRL+SHIFT+N in my Firefox browser and that generates the same problem.

Can anyone help me?

Okay great.  I am having a problem setting up the donation page, though.

When I go to this page above the page says "Connect with Twitch"

When I click this a 2nd window opens and nothing happens.  Just an empty window.  I am not sure what I am doing wrong.  Am I supposed to be Connecting with twitch with my Bot account? Or my Streaming account?  I have tried both and neither seem to work. 

Any help would be appreciated,

Hi there.

I am trying to set up the donation page within Deepbot.  It sends me to this webpage:

It says "Connect with Twitch" in a big banner there.  I click this and a 2nd window pops up and then does nothing.  I am not sure where to go from here. 

Can someone help me out?

Hey there, so I just purchased Deepbot ($10) Do I need to pay another $5 to get VIP access so that I can setup the donation page?  If so - where do I do that?
