Help/Support / Cannot remove coins only add

the command !add 50 all works fine but it takes a while to update in the database.  !remove 50 all doesn't work at all.  My streamer account has a crown next to it in the database but I cannot give it MOD Level 2 permission?  I can give other people in my stream MOD 2 permissions but not my account.  I want to make it so that only I can issue or remove coins, how do I do this?

Hi All

Thanks for your interest in DeepBot. Currently the bot is growing at a rapid rate, and I am working on upgrading my infrastructure to support this growth.

DeepBot only works on Desktop Windows OS (Vista SP2, Windows 7 and Windows 8.x). Please ensure you have a compatible machine before purchasing DeepBot.

Given the current established user base, entry into the closed beta requires a minimum payment of $10 to support the server costs. To pay, click here
Once you have made the payment, please fill in the application form below. Do note, Applications may take upto 48hrs to be processed.

• Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If yes, please specify which Bot you are currently using.

Once your application is accepted, you will receive a PM on the forums with installation instructions. This process generally takes 24-48hrs.
I have a day job on weekdays and will have limited capacity to onboard users or issue bug fixes during the week. Most likely, this will only happen over the weekends.

1. Where did you hear about Deepbot?  MillerTimeGames, one of the biggest streamers in the NHL community

2. Stream Name?  Herby_Husker

3. Twitch Bot Name?  Herbybot

4. Streaming Schedule? I stream 6 days a week from 8:30pm-2am sometimes more

5. Is stream partnered with Twitch?  Not yet!

6. Average number of users in channel?  I average around 30 viewers, my highest was 130 during my 24 hour

7. Do you need to migrate?  Yes, currently I'm using modbot

I sent a $20 donation for this bot..  I want this bot so bad and I will provide any feedback when I use it.  Thank you
