Hi All,

So I just started using GameWisp for my channel and I want to show my stream who subs. Pop-ups works fine, but I was wondering if there was anyway to show a little symbol next to their name on the external chat? Now I have VIP Gold members already, but if that is the only thing to show for it (gold star), I will switch that to subs. What is Sub Manager? It is shaded out for me, so thought I would ask...

I don't have access to the files because the hardrive became corrupt after the wipe... So I sent out an email after you sent this reply (thank you). But, I haven't heard back from the email. How long do the responses usually take?

Hi there,

So I just put on a fresh install of Windows 10 on my computer. I had Deepbot before, with several people having hundreds of hours. When I reinstall Deepbot with the same account etc, EVERYTHING is gone. Is there a way to fix this?

Yeah now there is only the ports, not the servers. I have no idea what's going on. Sucks with whatever is happening. Thanks for the help though.

No, I have not been. Just click and open. It hasn't had an issue until now. Now my bot is disconnecting randomly, and people are still not getting the hours. I don't know what else to do. I am back on Windows 7 as well.

Hello,

I have been paying the DeepBot subscription for a little while. One of my favorite options is keeping track of the hours. I just recently upgraded to Windows 10. Ever since then, my followers have not been able to get their hours from the whisper from my bot. Under the CMD, I have this:

/w @user@ has watched the stream for @hours@ When you hit 50 total hours, let me know!

Now, I haven't had an issue with this until now. Anyone know how I can fix this so my followers can see the hours spent in my channel?

I have been using Deepbot for almost 8 months now, and I have just recently seen this in my Windows Task Manager. It is taking up way too much memory for my CPU and I have no idea what it is. Can anyone help?

Hi there, so I am trying to set up my !hours command as a whisper to my viewers. When I go under master settings, the box is shaded off. Can anyone help?

I do not own the account. The bot is called "DCBot". I didn't know that we needed to own that name on Twitch for the bot, so now I am stuck. What should I do.
