Help/Support / The guessing game - can mods start it?
« on: November 05, 2015, 04:41:21 AM »
Hi!

Sorry if I've missed a post about this, but is there a way for moderators to start the guessing mini-game? I know it's fairly new, but so far we've only been able to have the broadcaster start them. Any help would be appreciated<3

Help/Support / How does @userinfo1@ work?
« on: September 28, 2015, 04:42:01 AM »
Hi,

I'm trying to add in a command that pulls up the @userinfo1@ information. The bot currently just has @userinfo1@[@user@] as the info against the command, but when it's used nothing is pulled up - the bot doesn't respond at all.

This was originally just a test to see what that information that variable would return, but now I'm a little stumped.

Am I missing something here?

Yep pretty much. Nothing seems to fix it, so the title command has been disabled for now.

Bug Reports / !title command is pulling up a different command.
« on: September 26, 2015, 07:26:02 AM »
Hi again,

In the same channel as the previous bug report, there was a command created called !title with the following parameters @title@ (Currently Playing: @game@)

There is also a command in the channel called !subathon

When !title is pulled up, the text for !subathon is shown. The bot has been relaunched. There are no aliases against !subathon and we're genuinely at a loss for what's happening.

Any help would, again, be much appreciated!

Bug Reports / Permit command not working for moderators.
« on: September 26, 2015, 06:01:34 AM »
Hi,

So a channel I moderate for has switched to using Deepbot for channel moderation. There seems to be an issue with whereby the !permit command will not work for any moderators, not even level 2. It will, however, work for the broadcaster. We initially experienced this, and a relaunch of the bot resolved it. However, the same happened the day after and a relaunch did not fix it.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Feature Requests / Limit the amount of times a command can be used
« on: August 28, 2015, 03:30:28 AM »
Hi,

So I was wondering, would it be possible to implement a feature whereby there is a limit for how many times a command can be used per stream? I realise that the logistics behind that would be quite difficult, but there are a few commands in a stream I moderate for where they use the sound playback and a limit to the amount they can be used would be great.

Thanks,

Feature Requests / Moderators adding Cooldown to Commands
« on: August 02, 2015, 05:16:01 AM »
Hi,

Something like this would be very useful. A lot of times when I'm making commands for the people I moderate for, I have to make them mid-stream. Not being able to add in cooldowns for commands as a moderator can be very frustrating; the streamer doesn't always get a chance to add it in through the client which can, on occasion, lead to commands being overly used. I know you'll probably say to just add in access levels, which I do do where appropriate, but on the occasions where it's been something that everyone should be able to use, not having a cooldown has been quite a nuisance.

There's also been times where an existing command's cooldown has had to be altered, either increased or decreased, for stuff like stream events, overuse etc. and none of the moderators have been able to do anything about it.

I don't know if/how hard this would be to implement, but it'd be a very hand feature to have.

Help/Support / Moderators adding Cooldown to Commands
« on: August 01, 2015, 06:53:49 PM »
Hi,

I'm a moderator for snowlit, and I've recently been the moderator who's adding commands. I've noticed that on the Bot Commands page there's nothing about adding cooldowns. I know that the streamer can add them through the client, but I don't know if there's any way of moderators doing it through manually typing in commands.

If anyone know's any way of doing it, or if it's even possible, please let me know!
