Help/Support / NEED HELP FROM ADMIN

Hey I've logged in from my JimmPix account to verify this is me. I am JimmPix, I can still log in to my old account and such to further verify. I purchased the program w/ JimmPix. I created a whole new stream channel rather change my stream name, but it would be ridiculous to re-purchase the system if it will never be used for JimmPix again. What I'm asking is that you transfer my old accounts permissions to my new one, I can do every verification possible to prove that "I" own JimmPix, and truley am done with that channel. My new channel is "Kulseic" and my stream bot for the channel is "KulseicBot" please get back to me on this. It truley would be unfair and unreasonable service if this is impossible and I have to re-purchase the program, if any help can be granted in my direction, that would be greatly appreciated!

I have posted twice now about my stream name change, in the name change thread. I have waited my fair expected wait time and no response, I can see others post threads about their accounts, but they are getting replies before me, even though my thread has been their longer and was before theirs. I have inputed everything I have to like I am supposed to, this is now holding me back from streaming on my new account, because the bot has not been transferred yet, can someone please help!

My old stream account was JimmPix but I'm starting fresh on Kulseic, I purchased the program through JimmPix and am trying to switch the bot to register my new twitch channel, and new twitch bot if possible. Thank you for the help.
