Hey,

The stream is trying to reward people with loyalty points by letting them buy silver/gold with the currency. It is set to give them VIP Silver/Gold for years. But people who have bought silver/gold mentioned they lost it, presumably because they subbed or unsubbed and it reset their rank or something?

Is there any way to prevent this from happening? So that silver/gold remains permanent.

Hey, for a couple of days many viewers have not been gaining points. I am, and some others are but many are complaining they are not, and apparently appearing offline according to the streamer. How can this be fixed? The stream is Quin69.

Hey,

I was wondering with the introduction of whisper interaction with the bot, is there a way to make prevent viewers from still finding out their points in chat, and solely have points queries dealt with in whispers?
