Feature Requests / Separate Offline and Online Welcome Message

Would love it if we could get two separate welcome messages for Online or Offline. When my stream is offline right now I always manually change it and add "The stream is offline, but be sure to follow to see the next time I go live."

Twitch bot account name?(This needs to be a valid twitch account, other than your streamer account you own that the bot will connect to) - indiesbot
Your streaming schedule? [Days/Approximate time] - 1-2 days 3-6h
Is your stream partnered with Twitch? - No
Average number of users on your channel? - 5-20
Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If yes, please specify which Bot you are currently using. - No
Don't stream alot currently but I want to and this bot would be great for helping me grow fast (hopefully) with the pointsystems since I'm planning on alot of giveaways.
