Running as admin doesn't solve the issue. I will try to work the UTF-8/IPN!

Hello,

I setup the donation link here: http://deepbot.tv/donations/donate.php?s=jmogaming
When people use it, money goes to my Paypal properly etc.
The issue is, the notification doesn't happen and people aren't receiving points and/or VIP either.

Any ideas/help?
