Hi,

I am a current beta user but I changed my twitch name and now it says I do not have permission to access the application. My name was moxierawr and I changed it to moxietv.

Hi,

I just updated deepbot and one of my subscribers mentioned they aren't receiving points automatically anymore when they subscribe. They used to get 1000 points on every subscription. My username on TwitchTV is moxierawr. Is there a way that I can fix this?

Yep, deepbot is running  but if they are recurring it won't add another 1000 points. It will only add points if they are nonrecurring. So right now only new subs or subs that re-sub every month get their points.

Hi,

I have some subs that are recurring on my channel. Usually everytime someone subs I give them 1000 points automatically through deepbot. I notice that recurring subs don't get their points though every month. Is there a way for me to set this up?
