If you are changing your stream name, Please use this format when doing so:

Current Stream Name: twitch.tv/nookyyyyy
Current Bot Name: nookybott

New Stream Name: http://www.twitch.tv/nookyonetv
New Bot Name: nookybott

Hello dear workers deepbot support, Twitchy my account has been hacked and deleted what I need to do to make my deepbot Twitch on my new account. Thanks for the answer in advance.

Hi I wrote this when you click on the connection "incorrect bot account for stream 'nookyyyyy'. Based on your Beta licince,you are only allowed to login with the Twitch bot account 'nookybot' "

Hi I have the same issue and My bot name is already taken (nookybot)

Can you change my bot name to nookybott ?

The average number of users on your channel? - 400 - 900
You need to transfer the existing points system to DeepBot? If yes, please specify what you are using the Bot. - no
