1. So first one is a known bug and may be fixed in the latest alpha (but not 100% sure).
2. Could be effected by first one.
3. Make sure to run deepbot as admin. Also if you are playing a game fullscreen, that may be why as well.

1. So basically it might get fixed some day or maybe not and i just have to keep using broken version and hope that it solves somewhere in the future?
How can i rollback to previous Deep Bot version? People say it fixes the issues.

Feature Requests / Saving Polls and Bets for multiple streams

Every time Deep Bot is closed Poll and Betting results are lost and it would be really cool to have an option to save it and load Poll from the last stream and let it continue.

Another small thing is related to Poll results with Timer. If you set timer and it ends while playing the game results might get lost really fast in the chat and there is no way to find out how many votes each option has received (at least that i know of). So if Poll page kept the results on it's page after closed it would be really usefull. Also a command that viewers can type into the chat to see current options for Polls/Betting would be really nice (if there is one i'm sorry i couldn't find it).

Sometimes i do polls for subscribers and to do so i have to turn on subscriber chat which doesn't work well if you want to keep up the poll for a long time.
So "User Access Filters" just like the one in Raffles could be really usefull for Polls also.

Since last major update i'm having several problems with request song feature:
- Stopped supporting russian language, requests in russian are shown like that

- List of songs that were played on previous stream when you click "Load last playlist" button resets now and doesn't start from the last played song of the previous stream
- Shortcut keys sometimes just stop working and restarting Deeb Bot solves it

Not sure if this one is related to the program but once i've received major lag in game so i had to shut down it's process to stop the lag (never had something like that before) and right after that Deeb Bot keybinds stopped working so maybe these two things connect with each other somehow or maybe not, just giving extra info that might be usefull. But usually keybinds just stop working without any lag for no reason.

Hello, seems like crash doesn't appear anymore. I've started vip subscription, thanks for your work!

P.S. you should probably add more links and make them more obvious for the subscription page, it took me some time to find it, maybe there should be a link in account profile to make it easier to find.

Seems like DNS flush did something, at least no crashes today. I'll keep watching for a few days to make sure it doesn't appear again.

Not really, seems like it crashes when songs are actually playing and stops if you pause them.

This bug probably appeared around a week ago, when i updated DeepBot with newer version.

I am running W7.

So i reinstalled DeepBot to desktop, tried everything you've suggested but it's still crushing on song requests all the time. When song requests are off seems like crashes stop, maybe just once or twise in the past days.

Yesterday i had crash massage but DeepBot didn't crash after that, instead, while it still was connected commands stoped working so i had to reopen it.

The link you gave says "SSL On". I've reinstalled DeepBot today on to the desktop will test now to see if crash appears again.

Nothing is blocking it, i didn't change anything and bug just appeared from nowhere. If i reinstall, how do i keep the database safe?

Tried all three, didn't help the thing is DeepBot is still working and songs are playing if you just leave the "Oops! Crash" window and don't click it, but it's still annoying.

Help/Support / Can't Enable Whisper Interaction

Hello,

I wanted to make DeepBot respond to viewer commands through whispers and make viewers whisper channel commands either, but i can't. In settings, for some reason "Enable Whisper Interaction (Bot)" and "Enable Whisper Messaging (Streamer)", same as "Send points by: Whisper" are grayed out and can not be selected.

Let me know please, how to make it work.
