Hi Experts,

My bot has been unable to join or see any chat in my chan for the last 30 minutes. I tested the web and irc based chat and it seems fine, just my bot not working right. everything was fine until it got a bit hammered when I ran an auction so i restarted the bot. now the chat window remains blank and the bot doesn't automatically join the room.

I'm not getting any errors or crash notices to report back, just a blank chat screen and the bot not joining the channel.

currently having a couple of small issues but im not sure if they are to do with twitch chat / service being slow or down or the bot.

when i fired it up yesterday (the old client) it had all my 1000+ followers in the database, today it only shows 113 - my chat is empty besides my youkaybot. im trying get everything configured but i cant even seem to pull up a viewer list on the main twitch UI, so im hoping all the issues are currently on their end.

**edit** seemed to be twitch chat / servers - all is fine again!!

I too tried redownloading, uninstalling, reinstalling, comparability mode, praying to the rng gods... all to no avail. I'm chomping at the bit to use this bot, if theres any assistance I can give while beta testing and figuring this out, please let me know, i'll be anxiously waiting here all day / night to offer any assistance if needed!!

Hi Experts, I too am having this issue, I just got the software this morning, I've tried launching as admin and regularly, I've allowed firewall access, it crashes when I click the connect button every time. I use win 8.1 and attached the error log!

any help would be greatly appreciated
