Help/Support / Need my twitch account swapped.

My twitch account that deepbot thinks is linked is still twitch.tv/joedor_ even though I changed my name a month back. I had a $5 VIP charge go through for this month but it didn't apply properly. Can someone please apply the name change and reinstate my VIP?

3. Twitch bot account name?(This needs to be a valid twitch account, other than your streamer account you own that the bot will connect to) joemoneybot
4. Your streaming schedule? [Days/Approximate time] M-Th 6:30-8:30; Fr 6p-11p; Sa 1p-4p, 7p-11p; Su 1p-4p; 6p-9p.
5. Is your stream partnered with Twitch? Not yet
6. Average number of users on your channel? ~40 on weeknights, ~50 on weekends
7. Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If yes, please specify which Bot you are currently using. Yes, I use Modbot currently.
