I am not sure if this has been reported or not. I looked through and I did not see anyting like it so here is the issue.

Under Channel Commands --> Event Messages I have first time viewers and welcome back messages set to enable.

People will be in my channel and actively chatting and it welcomes them several times. The frequency is random and users tell me they are not leaving the chat and coming back.

Is this happening to anyone else? Is there a fix?

I reset my text files for donations so I could have a new top doner and such. Got a new donation and deepbot crashes 0 donation notification or points were awarded.

Help/Support / Resetting top Donation

I need to reset the top donation each time I stream I give out prizes to the top donor of the night. I have tried deleting the data from the .txt files (all of them) and it still does not work.

I will check when I get on my computer and stream again tomorrow after work.  It is 1am here and I need sleep.

If in fact I lost my VIP status how do I get it back? I stream a good bit at least 3 to 4 times a week and on Saturday's for 10 hours. I have been getting a ton of followers and I would like to have this fixed for my next session.

I broke 50 viewers last Saturday and I can't wait to hit 60!!!

I noticed after the last update my Follow notification is now grayed out. I can see its still Enabled and has the sound I want checked however, it is no longer working. I streamed for 10+ hours on Saturday night and I got no notification sounds.

Feature Requests / Spotify

I don't know if this is possible with the bot. I have Spotify and use it for my stream music due to me being located in Germany. If you guys did not know this already Germans have this silly GEMA thing that does not allow people to view youtube videos with songs in them. So using the song request feature is impossible for me unless I vpn. Is there anyway you can integrate the Spotify with the song request so users can request a song from my local Spotify?

Bug Reports / Possible Bug with "Playing" under the Stream Title

When I type the game I am playing Specifically Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls into the playing box it will not populate the drop down to have it as a selection. After further testing its not just D3 with this issue its any game I type in the drop down menu does not populate to select the correct game.

I find this a issue due to me being told several times its displaying no game or just Diablo 3 and I would get more viewers if it displayed the correct game.

I have tried to keep it blank and just update in twitch but deepbot always overwrites the twitch selection and makes it null.

Pleas help.
