Bug Reports / Subs sync out?

Found that subs start to get out of sync over time.  Could you please look into this?
Version: 0.8.8.0
Run on a VPS 24/7 (So never offline)

Bug Reports / Wrong Donation Name

If the users enters a name on the donation that is not in the User Database, it does not popup in the screen or post in the chat.
I believe this should not be the case and every donation you receive should show.

It would be nice if it did show, and maybe and donation is highlighted on the notifications tab to show the name was not found and needs fixing.
Also when the name is fixed by the streamer, a button to automatically give the users points and move the VIP rank.

The Guessing Game is not picking the winners. It has happened in more than one game.

Add Points -> This is the amount that will be added each time someone subs/resubs.
Resub Bonus -> This is the additional amount that will be added each time someone resubs.
Per Month -> Each resub will get these many additional points for each month they have subbed for.

They are all additive. If you do not want to use any of the three, simply set them to 0.

Could someone please explain the difference between 'Add Points', 'Resub Bonus' and 'Per Month'?
The main thing I don't understand is Add Points vs Per Month. Thanks
