1) Where did you hear about DeepBot from? Amplified on twitch
2) Your stream name? Scarylucky
3) Twitch bot account name?(This needs to be a valid twitch account, other than your streamer account you own that the bot will connect to) Scarybotz
4) Your streaming schedule? [Days/Approximate time] Mon-Sunday 3-5 hours a day (times vary with Military schedule)
5) Is your stream partnered with Twitch? No
6) Average number of users on your channel? 10-25 viewers
7) Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If yes, please specify which Bot you are currently using. No
