My VIP is not working, and this is the first automatic payment after my name change.

Is the DeepBot payment system still applying my payment to my old twitch ID or the new one?

Old Twitch name: stoutman_pr
New Twitch name: stoutman

Feature Requests / DeepBot does not remember it's screen location

DeepBot is not saving the window location. When DeepBot is opened, it always displays in the same location, not where it was last moved to then closed.

Please update this so it acts like a typical Windows program. Having to move it every time it is started is a pain!

Bug Reports / User VIP Expiry Date

Bug: VIP Expiry date is updated to 1 month from donation date, not 1 month from current expiry date.
Info: When a donation is made, the expiry date should be increased by one month. Such as when they are renewing their VIP before current expiration date.
How you produced this bug or came across it: Last night while streaming, I had an existing VIP user donate money to renew their VIP status. The current expiration date was April 8th, and DeepBot set the new expiration date to May 3rd. This is a month past the payment (today's) date, not a month added to the existing expiration date. I have had this happen before, and had to manually fix it in the database.

I use the OBS remote control integration which has worked great most of the time. However lately it is spotty and does not work randomly.

This seems to of started a couple patches ago.

How can I roll back to a previous version of DeepBot which does not have so many bugs?

How can I opt out of forced updates so I can stay on a stable build of DeepBot?

I do not mind beta testing, but I do need to be able to use deepbot for my stream in a manner that works and does not take up so many hours troubleshooting.

I have many nested @if@ commands which are not working most of the time. Sometimes they work, but most times they do not. I think this started with the past patch.

I have made sure java is up to date.

Sometimes they work, most tries they do not.

No errors are being logged. Is there a way to log failed commands?

Please advise when this will be corrected as it is causing a lot of my users to wonder why their usual commands are not working. Not to mention the hours of my time trying to figure out what is wrong...

Bug Reports / Guessing game not recognizing winner

This has happened several times in the last couple days since I started using this game.

Bug: DeepBot says no winner when one or more guessed correctly.
Info: I have it as a simple number guessing game, multiple retries, all correct responses chosen.
How did you produce this bug or come across it?: People did not get the win amount.

Last night I set up guess between 1-5 with 5 guesses. Someone chose !guess 1 to !guess 5 and they did not win.

Also, the response seems to need to be lower case 'guess' as 'Guess' is not recognized. This is not the same as the rest of DeepBot's commands so it needs to be corrected to not care about case with the !guess command. (The exact answer I can see as ok with case sensative, but you may want to add an option to not check case on answers for overall user happiness)
