Help/Support / Sub notifications options
« on: August 18, 2017, 12:04:42 PM »
It's not clear to me what the "per month" option means in Sub Notifications Options means.  It would SEEM that it adds that amount per month subscribed.  So if it was your intention to have month one be 1000, you would make the sign up 900 and the "per month" 100, so when they did it in the future, that would go to 200, 300,etc. and they would get 1100, 1200, etc.

Is my understanding of that correct?

Feature Requests / Patreon Feature
« on: February 03, 2017, 09:55:48 AM »
I saw someone using UTB (Ultimate Twitch Bot) to announce Patreons in their channel.  UTB is not very user-friendly and also requires local installation.  It would be nice to see DeepBot integrate (at least announcing) Patreon.

Really appreciate it.

I don't know teamviewer is that remote access?  If so, that's fine.

7
Deepbot has fUll control permissions for all users, admins, system.
Renamed data file.
Restarted.
Re OAed both.

Both problems still persist.

8
Downloaded into my deepbot directory, updated as admin, still have both problems.

9
That link returns the following...

Apologies, but the page you requested could not be found. Perhaps searching will help.

10
Redid both OAuths, chat still doesn't work.

The donation problem is I reset it to zero, but on my strem using CLR (donationtracker.htm) it still says $5.

11
The donation amount shows $5, even when I reset it.

Also, streamer chat in Deepbot is blank.

Help?

Help/Support / Re: Changed deepbot name, now can't login
« on: January 14, 2016, 02:43:01 PM »
Yes.  The screenshot I sent even shows that it's trying to log me in as DungeonBot.

Old name (current signin is rob2ebot), but I changed AND saved it to DungeonBot.

I assume I do NOT change the sign in from within Deepbot though because it still wants the twitch account name for the bot right?

Or do I need to make a new bot account for the name change on twitch?

EDITED:  AH!!!  As it turns out, you DO need to change the bot name and create a new bot account in twitch.  Of course, that makes sense.  But it's not that intuitive.  Might I suggest including that obvious step in the instructions and also warning people to secure the bot account name BEFORE they change their bot name.  I got screwed on DungeonBot, but now I am TheAlmightyDM.

Thanx!

Changed my deepbot name using the instructions.  Now deepbot tells me "Incorrect bot account for stream".

Please advise.
