Help/Support / Changing bot name?

I made a new bot account, linked it in deepbot. the new account name is TurtleDoveIsland but for some reason it doesnt load up when i try to connect. any help would be appreciated. Twitter is @LibraLebron_3X thank you in advance.

I didnt really think i would need a serious bot in my channel, but after seeing how productive the DeepBot has been for my fellow streamers i defenitely need to get this and start using it. Have heard so many good things from multiple streamers about this bot so i look forward to having it in my channel. Keep up the amazing work you are doing because it is really helping out the twitch community.
