Hey all i donated around 6 months ago and have since got a new pc, Ive lost the download link and the software of my pc and need it re-sending, how do i go about this ? Thanks

its in chat but commands are just not working in the bot chat or in twitch chat for anyone

been tryng for the last hour to connect this bot! say its in my chat but no commands are working and all i see in chat is Sorry, we were unable to connect to chat. Reconnecting in 2 seconds. when i connect my account and my bot acvcount via deepbot i cannot use the chat window on the bot! nothing is working please help as ive changed no settings

Your stream name? Biker_Rat88
Twitch bot account name? RattyBot
Your streaming schedule? [monday to friday 18:00 till 12:00 and some weekends if free]
Is your stream partnered with Twitch? no
Average number of users on your channel? 15-20
Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If yes, please specify which Bot you are currently using. no

Donated $10 for server help this bot is an amazing way for smaller people to hold an audience and to manage there channels keep up the awesome work

Experts Edit :Incorrect bot account. Please provide a valid twitch account that the bot will connect to twitch with. This can't be the same as the stream account.
