I have a similar problem. I donated $5 for a month of VIP but put my bot name "temscove" instead if my twitch name "Tem122" I don't have VIP status and was wondering if this was the problem.

Is your stream partnered with Twitch? no
Average number of users on your channel? 5-20
Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? No.
