Help/Support / Re: Twitch Name Change
« on: February 28, 2017, 01:00:52 AM »
Please post in http://deepbot.deep.sg/forums/index.php?topic=6056.0 so admin can find it...  Thanks

Not sure if you are being cheeky or didn't read my comment.  I'm an not requesting a name change.  As of last week Twitch now allows people to change their twitch name.  However deepbot is not currently tracking users based of Twitch ID but instead Twitch Name.  We are wondering if a fix is in the works as we have viewers gonig from having many points accrued to having 0 if they change their name before seeing our warning.

Twitch is now allowing viewers to change their name.  It looks like deepbot doesn't track Twitch IDs so if someone changes their name they no longer have the currency they accrued in that stream.  Is there any plan in the works to fix this?

Help/Support / Host Message

In chat we are getting more and more messages that so and so has hosted the stream for 0 views.  Is there a way to change that message to either completely off, or to only trigger if the view count is a certain number or more?

When you whisper it the command are you also putting the code it gives you next to the command?

We are just whispering in !link_discord and nothing happens.  Where does it give us a code?

Help/Support / Deepbot Discord Integration
« on: July 18, 2016, 09:47:15 PM »
The streamer I mod for has tried to integrate Deepbot into our Discord.  We can see the bot in discord when he has it turned on and we have given it the same privileges as all the Mods (administrator).  However, when we whisper !link_discord to it on twitch nothing happens, and also it doesn't respond to any commands in our discord.  Anyone have any suggestions on what could be the fix?  We sent him a video on how to integrate it and he stated he followed it.  Is there a step he could have missed that would cause these issues?

To clarify we are on the latest version and are on VIP status.

Help/Support / Auction Help
« on: June 26, 2016, 08:11:39 AM »
Is there any sort of !auction help command similar to the !raffle help and !bidding help commands. We'd like for modd to be able to do !auction help and it show the highest current big and the amount bid. We see this show up randomly during auctions but have over 500 viewers and it becomes a pain to tabs to scroll up a bit to see this info. Is there a work around got this or is there a feature I'm not aware of? Also what makes the message pop up currently? Is it just a time thing?

Also I assume that would be a VIP only command as well?

Is there anyway to make a mod command to check a users time spent in channel?  I saw in the custom commands how to make commands to check your own time, but didn't know of a way for a mod to check a users time similar to the way we use the !check command to see their points.

Feature Requests / Re: Execute ! Commands in Event Messages

I'm not sure about this, and a mod please correct me if I'm wrong, but if you had @exec@[5,!hello] to the end of your message I'm pretty sure that would fire the !hello command 5 seconds after the message.

Is there a way to have the bot automatically award points if a viewer wins a raffle for points?

Feature Requests / A !makeitrain command
« on: December 24, 2015, 11:27:08 AM »
Just switched from Phantom Bot to Deep bot and some of the viewers have a request.  Phantombot had a command that let a person take their points and distribute them evenly among the stream.
eg !makeitrain 100  was the command and if 100 viewers were in stream it would send out 1 point to every viewer, but if there were only 50 it would send out 2 points to every viewer, but if there were 75 it would know to take 150 from you so that every viewer got 2 points.  Is there any way to implement such a system in deepbot?
Something like @user@ threw his carrots in the air everyone got @points@/@viewers@ points.

Thanks.  I'll just set the Caster up with TeamView so I can walk him through some of these things.

Is there a command in chat to make commands cost points?  I didn't see anything in the bot commands section.  I saw the tag to show the user how much the command cost but didn't see what the command actually was to make a command cost.  Also is there a way to make some of the default commands like !bankheist Mod only?  That way only Mods can start a bankheist.
