Help/Support / Can't login,pls help me~

Hello Admins,
This is the first time I using deepbot.
After I input all info and click the button (although it has no text), I got the error msg "Sorry the channel has not been subscribed for this bot,pls email ....."
The info I can provide is my "Bot twitch name" is lunux , my "twitch account name" is lunux
What shall I do next ? Can u help me please?
