Sadly this is an issue for me also, second day using this bot it's a bit of a shame it's not working as I was hoping. Fantastic features, and probably just bad timing - but the issue doesn't seem to be resolved after the recommended date change, and computer restart. The credentials are all corrected, verified in browser, bot name is correct. I'm clutching at straws on how to get this fixed now.

Is your stream partnered with Twitch? Sadly not, at least not yet.
Average number of users on your channel? Currently starting up this newish channel, so roughly 5.
Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? Thankfully not.
