Yes, I paid on Feb 27th as well for VIP as I heard that might be the problem. I was wondering If I should disconnect the bot and reconnect it? But I tried that this morning and nothing has changed.

I have the same problem and Ive paid for VIP and nothing has happened. I just checked my bot today and nothing, I paid on Friday.

I had my ranks edited before and I noticed last night Deepbot was using the default one and not the personalized ones that I had set for it. I go to check on the ranks and it is greyed out for me like I cant delete or do anything to it. Same for the Mini Games. All stream interaction is greyed out for me. I just updated it also thinking maybe that was the problem.... What do I do? Many of my viewers like that everything I had set up was personalized and catered to A  "Sith/ Star Wars Theme"
