I have a problem where the bot doesnt print out åäö on donations, instead it changes them to something else. Is there any way to change the CSS for making this work?

I've tried to get this gif to be my host notification.

But when i do all i get is this wierd image with ring on it. And when i finally get it to work i cant get ride of the picture in the center of the screen. Even tho i have added the duration on the link in my OBS.

Also i wonder if there is any way i can get my bot to give the viewers points for hosting me?
