Feature Requests / Mod multiplier overwriting VIP multiplier
« on: October 11, 2015, 03:39:13 AM »
Hello, I'm not sure if I've already requested this in the past so I'll send one again since it's still an issue. I normally give VIP to viewers who donate to the stream, and they're at least 2.0x the accumulation over time. Unfortunately, viewers with mod status (which is only 1.5x) only receives 1.5x even with any VIP status. I would like to be able to reward any mod with the VIP multiplier, because I don't believe all mods were created equal :P

Feature Requests / /whisper @points@ function
« on: June 11, 2015, 09:23:21 AM »
Twitch added whispering to the chat now: http://blog.twitch.tv/2015/06/whisper/

I was hoping we can have a feature where it will now whisper the @user@ their @points@ to reduce chat spam. I don't like having to redirect people to the bot's channel page just to see their currency.

Also, can you make sure we're able to see the "entered tickets" number too. i.e. "ExampleBot: Points : imoogle - 0 (50000)". The @points@ variable does not show entered tickets. Or at least create two separate variables, like "Points : imoogle - @points2@ (@queuedpoints@)", where @points2@ shows points ON HAND rather than total points from @points@ (incl. any in a raffle or bankheist)

Thanks!

Feature Requests / Giving VIP via Command
« on: May 18, 2015, 05:25:21 PM »
Posted this in the Help/Support but I guess there wasn't this feature already added so now I'm here hoping it can be added soon.

I looked through the new command editor and saw you can automatically send VIP, but only to the person who activates the command. I did not see any sort of way to automatically give it to a @target@ (i.e. !givevip FreeObama)

Please make this possible! Thanks.

Should I post this in the feature suggestion board then?

Help/Support / Giving VIP via Command?
« on: May 17, 2015, 04:43:13 PM »
Did a quick search and didn't find a relevant topic. Is there a way to give someone VIP via a chat command? I looked through the new command editor and saw you can automatically send VIP, but only to the person who activates the command. I did not see any sort of way to automatically give it to a @target@ (i.e. !givevip FreeObama)

This would be nice to have since I have a laptop to type commands but I don't want to put the bot on the laptop itself.

VIP Point Multiplier for Mods

Question Let's say a mod has VIP Gold/Silver/Bronze, does the point multiplier stack or even go with the higher point multiplier?

Answer: No, it goes with the higher rank, Mod is a higher rank then VIP Gold. Therefore the Mod will only take whatever you point in the Point Multiplier for them.

Can we possibly get this switched around? I like to award donors VIP status, which includes my mods. I still award my mods 1.2x while my VIPs get 2.0x. I don't think it's fair if half my mods donate and the others don't, yet both sides still earn the same about of points.

Feature Requests / Re: Partnership With TwitchAlerts?
« on: May 06, 2015, 03:40:43 PM »
I would like Deepbot to be able to pick up new donations from the TwitchAlerts database (or whatever donation service you use) and be able to automatically reward the account with VIP or more points with the same username. They don't necessarily have to partner up -- just simply integrate a bit of support for third-party donation website such as TwitchAlerts and Streamtip. It's a bit tedious to manually give people VIP for donating when I use something else.

I'm up for this.

Feature Requests / Re: Raffle entry confirmation

This would be a great idea. I like the idea of a 30-second interval list of names popping up for more crowded channels.

Feature Requests / New Mini-Game: Lottery Pot
« on: May 06, 2015, 03:21:59 PM »
This game allows people to start a pot where people put in a fixed amount of points (determined by the creator of the event), and only one person by chance will win the entire pot. Seems like a simple game, but it'd be fun to see small amounts turn into one huge winning for one lucky person.

Only problems this may cause is people creating multiple accounts and using it as a "transfer" method. You can avoid this by having an option to set minimum amount of users required to start it.

It'd be nice to have multiple options for checking the balance. Yes, you can create a similar command in the custom commands option using this:

Code: [Select]
LongPointsName : @user@ - @points@
The only problem is this custom command does NOT show any "currently queued" points that you have put in during an active raffle or bankheist.

i.e.

If you use your original !Points command during a raffle, it will show up as:

Code: [Select]
LongPointsName : iMoogle - 0 (5000)
Meaning I have 0 left to use, but 5000 entered in the raffle. If you use the custom command like I showed earlier, it will not show the (5000) so it can confuse people. Please add a @queuedpoints@ or some similar command to allow us to add that missing piece. This is nice for people who have a really long name for the points but have a custom command such as "!pts" instead of "!bigchannelpoints".

I probably wouldn't mind pitching in for this.

You can have people check their balance directly on your bot's channel chat. That way it keeps your main channel chat free of the !points spam. Go to the gear icon in the top right of the config tab, then click "Only allow points to be checked on bot chat".

Feature Requests / Re: Ranks for time watched/ points achieved
« on: July 05, 2014, 07:19:58 AM »
I believe this already exists, but there's no way to change ranks at the moment. And it only applies to time watched.

"Show Rank" under Points Query Settings, then have people check their balance and it will tell them their rank. It's also in the user database tab.

Pre-release Feedback / Next update?
« on: July 05, 2014, 07:14:23 AM »
Don't mean to sound pushy, but I've been dying for the next update of DeepBot. It'd be nice to have a Twitter or blog to show the progress and upcoming features of the bot, and maybe an estimated time of when it will be released.
