Ohhh snap. I didn't know it was being ddos'd. I apologise, must have just been bad timing between my updates. That'll teach me to check twitter first.

Help/Support / Updated - now getting a new error - "blocked by antivirus or firewalls"

It was running absolutely fine until I made the mistake of updating!! =)  Never had problems prior to this.
I have changed absolutely NOTHING, just updated.  Since the error came up though, I disabled firewalls/antivirus, it's running in admin mode, I've restarted the PC, tried changing the ports it connects through, etc etc.
Any suggestions? =(  There's no error log etc to post obviously, since it's not crashing.. it's just not connecting.

Specifically for me, !top 10 (which is important for my stream since I use it toward a monthly giveaway). I can still see people's points but the stream and myself can't bring up the command anymore to see who is leading.

Commands not working for me:

!bot
!vip
!song
!prevsong
!nextsong
!cmdlist

Etc

!gold (my currency) seems to be working but everything else appears to be disabled. =( Was fine until the update.

Ahh, this explains it.. I have mine running 24/7 too and couldn't work out why some members hadn't been auto demoted after their subscription expired. Restarted deepbot and it updated and corrected memberships. Good to know!

I was wondering as well .. would it be possible to make it so that Deepbot checks for automatic resubs? I'm really REALLY grateful for those people who simply let their subscription run without cancelling, but they don't get the points because the automatic resubs don't get recognised so Deepbot sort of encourages people into cancelling each month so they know they'll get their internet loyalty points.   I know it's probably complicated, but maybe it would be possible for it to run an automatic check on when the sub was SUPPOSED to have expired- and if a user is still on the active subs list, they get their points added? Again, I am aware it's probably waaaay trickier than that but figured it couldn't hurt to ask. Doing it manually is tricky!

Loving your work though, deepbot is brilliant and I've recommended it to many streamers. Keep it up!

I've seen it in several streams - mostly people playing Bankheist etc. Seems very cool. =)

Based around school atm, but with holidays coming up it will increase. Monday 14.00-1800, Tuesday (varies) 0900-1400, Wednesday 14.00-1800, Friday 14.00-1800, Saturday 10.00-14.00.
