Twitch bot account name?(This needs to be a valid twitch account, other than your streamer account you own that the bot will connect to) BoomyNation
Your streaming schedule? M: 12:30am-2:30am T: Same W:Same Thr: Off Fri: Same as monday. Sat: 11:00pm-2:30am Sun: Off
Is your stream partnered with Twitch? No...not yet lol
Average number of users on your channel? I've been going for 5 weeks so I have about 9 to 16 in chat at all times. It must be my beard.
Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If yes, please specify which Bot you are currently using. Moobot currently.

I am going through the same thing.
Boomy here, of BoomyNation. Around 3 weeks ago I applied for Deepbot and paid the 10 dollars. It's been around 3 weeks since then I have yet to hear from anyone from Deepbot on how to download and run Deepbot in my chat. I really like what I have seen from Deepbot and want to use it in my growing channel. I understand that those in charge here are busy, but this doesn't look from a customer service point of view.
