Help/Support / Something went wrong eroor

Every time i log into the bot account on Deepbot,  it will login for about 10 seconds then ill get that error.  I have tried redoing both Auth/passwords, tried restarting deepbot and complete pc restart and nothing had changed.  I need help!

2. Your stream name?
3. Twitch bot account name?(This needs to be a valid twitch account, other than your streamer account you own that the bot will connect to)
4. Your streaming schedule? [Days/Approximate time]
5. Is your stream partnered with Twitch?
6. Average number of users on your channel?
7. Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If yes, please specify which Bot you are currently using.
