This fix did not work for me.  Running on vista 32bits

Did you install both 32 and 64 bit? (x86 and x32)

Same, i was running on my VPN windows server 2012 R2 . Tried to follow the instruction to install/re-install, same problem. Here is the error log : http://pastebin.com/pS6Gdqra

I would check the process list and make sure deepbot is closed. Maybe even restart the server. Make sure to run it as admin as well.

I did all of that , however , the problem is still there . Here is the error log that I tried earlier today : http://pastebin.com/x4qvpNRK

Thanks, as I followed the guide, however nothing happened on the obs browser.

As reading through the guide, there is a mention of opening the port 3337 , however, I'm using VPS for the deepbot and I have no idea how to do that. If anyone has some ideas, let me know thanks.

Hi,

So at the moment, I'm running Deepbot on VPS while the OBS software on my streaming computer. The chat CLR browser used to work normally when the Deepbot was running on my streaming computer, but since the move, the chat CLR browser is not working anymore on the obs. Any help is appreciated. Thank you

Help/Support / Can't get mini-games (chain commands) to work

Hello,

I've subscribed to VIP features to ensure that I can run chain commands. However, as I follow exactly the instructions for the mini-games setup (including user elevated) such as Defuse, Coin Flip; I can't get them to work at all. With the coin-flip, it successfully ran the 1st time, then everytime i type !coinflip , nothing responded.
For Defuse mini-game . I ran the 1st time, (sample: !defuse red), the text shows: ninhigan is attempting to defuse the bomb by cutting the red wire! . And then nothing happened after all. And as I tried them the 2nd time, nothing happened. I've tried to reinstalled the bot (with clean installation)

Hello, I copied your current set-up. The only I modified is change from 100 to 10 (so users only lose 10 points). However , I cant seem to start the commands, type !defuse red (for sample), nothing happened

I'm a streamer who do a lot of giveaway on my stream. Every time we do the raffles, a lot of people spammed !ticket 10,20,30 (even though they don't have enough points for that). I'd like to suggest if we can have a reminder to tell them how many more points they need to buy the ticket? As people will keep spamming and say they follow the instruction and they don't get the ticket.It's hard to explaining to them every time. Thank you very much

For example:

You don't have enough points, you need x points more to buy x tickets .

Bug Reports / Deepbot Not Responding then stuck at Deepbot is already running

Hi, for the past few days, the errors have popped up more often which disrupt the giveaway and the stream.
So when the stream is mid-way, the bot stopped responding (showing Not Responding), and I can only close it either using Taskbar or Close (with Not Responding). The problem is after that, I try to re-run deepbot. It says Deepbot is already running. I've tried to find it in the Taskbar to end the service (or the app) but it wasnt found. So I have to reset the pc (and yes the stream as well) and try to refund the points to users (luckily only a few at the moment, so i remember who they are).
I've tried the logs folder, but there is no error log at all which I can use to put in the Error/Crash thread. That's why im making one here

Please help.
