Is there a way to get the bot to automatically type in the chat when someone subscribes to the stream? Do I need to pay for this feature?

Help/Support / NEED HELP ASAP - RAFFLE SYSTEM!

I need help.

I am trying to do a SCUF giveaway and I am doing it through the "Keyword Raffle". I want to be able to add EVERY single one of my subscribers but it's not letting me. I start the raffle and when I go to hit the "Add Offline VIPS" it wont let me click it. PLEASE HELP!

I need to know how to do this properly by tomorrow mornings stream.

This is what it looks like when I start the raffle. The button becomes unclickable when I hit.

Is the feature bugged?

Help/Support / Deepbot not connecting/User lost all hours

Hello,

This morning I tried connecting to nightbot and it was not working at all. When it decided to connect 3 hours later all of my viewers lost their points/hours. Alot of people lost over 50-100+ hours. Is there anyway this can be fixed?

Your streaming schedule? [Days/Approximate time] Mon-Sat 8am - 1pm PST
Is your stream partnered with Twitch? Yes and I have a subscriber button.
Average number of users on your channel? 300-500
Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If yes, please specify which Bot you are currently using. No I do not. I am starting fresh.
