Help/Support / Twitch authentication coming up blank cant enter credientials please help

I just setup my new computer and installed deepbot and when I try to enter my bot name and password and streamer login I click the auth button in deepbot then it says connecting to twitch in a blank box and doesn't show me anything. Not sure what else to do I cant login.

Where did you hear about DeepBot from?: cougarob/ctsvikes and sturner53
My stream name is shagwellsback
My Twitch bot account name is shagwellsbot
My streaming schedule will be mostly 3 days per week in the evenings.
Is your stream partnered with Twitch? No
Average number of users on my channel is 5-50 I expect big numbers once everyone knows I'm live on twitch as I am becoming well known.
I have not used a past bot other then nightbot
