Hallo!
Ich habe mich vor 3 Tagen für den Deepbot angemeldet. Wie im Application post beschrieben, konnte ich das nicht über das Formular machen, habe jedoch manuell 10 Euro an expertsonline@gmail.com gesendet. Somit habe ich diese Voraussetzung erfüllt, da ich dort auch meinen Twitch Namen (Kaschuba) angegeben habe.
Der Transaktionscode lautet: 8WC70255DL701042R
Warum wurde ich nun abgelehnt? Sie sollten doch in der Lage sein, die Transaktion trotzdem zuzuordnen
