Help/Support / Locked out of some things?

So, I re-downloaded Deep Bot after a couple of months, and as I was trying to edit some settings in my User Interactions, I saw that a lot of settings and interactions are locked to me, despite me donating as well to get Deep Bot. Is this just an error, or am I no longer able to use those functions?

2) Your stream name? capo_Kid24 (hopefully can change it to my youtube name ChaotiCast)
3) Twitch bot account name?(This needs to be a valid twitch account, other than your streamer account you own that the bot will connect to) ChaotiBot
4) Your streaming schedule? [Days/Approximate time] Everyday for a couple hours around 4pm EST
5) Is your stream partnered with Twitch? No
6) Average number of users on your channel? 3-10 depending
7) Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? Nope
