hey guys, i got an issue with deep bot, i did the update and it crashed so i removed the update files, now when re-start it now, it just frezzes and looks like a not full puzzle, i was thinking make new account for the bot but not sure any ideas? i read the crash notes and did that and still frezzes, thinking re-install any surgestions?

i have tried re-install and backup and still same issue when start it up says its crashed

Hi i have  tried this

If you are getting the error that DeepBot Will Not Update or User Canceled the Update then all you need to do is go into your Deepbot folder and run the update.exe as admin!!!!

and still fails as i paid for vip also but nothing yet i have tried 2 times still says fail

i just tried that but says i can only use starbot by the license which is taken but if toy could change it to daz79bot for me be greatfull

hey this has been sorted I can see the issue. In your payment, you entered an incorrect stream name of dazman70, instead of dazman79
I have fixed this now and processed your application. now and i found out why as the twitch name i wanted was starbot but taken so could i have changed to daz79bot  please

hey when i have put info in deepbot and them go to auth password and brings up link and enter twitch name and password them go back says "login failed" any ideas anyone

Average number of users on your channel? 5-10 hopeing for more
