1. Where did you hear about DeepBot from?
A number of other streamers and forums
2. Your stream name?

3.Twitch bot account name?(This needs to be a valid twitch account, other than your streamer account you own that the bot will connect to)

normally Monday-Sunday 8pm AEDT - 4am AEDT
sometimes Friday 10am AEDT - 4pm
5. Is your stream partnered with Twitch?
yes. As of end of September 2015
6. Average number of users on your channel?
50k followers. Regular concurrent viewership of 350-500. 1500 for new release games or expansions
7. Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If yes, please specify which Bot you are currently using.
