Help/Support / Transferring/ Editing loyalty points system?

Was previously using Revlobot for loyalty rewards points. I has said that I had points that needed to be transferred upon applying for Deepbot and assumed they would be changed when I downloaded. When the points didn't transfer I assumed it would be easy to edit but for some reason I can not give users the points they previously earned in my stream. Is there a way I can transfer over my previous points system, or at least add a command to edit it? I've tried almost every iteration of @editpoints@ that I can think of. Any tips?
