Feature Requests / Option to allow !songlist to work whilst youtube is paused.

Currently !songlist only works while there's a playing youtube video. Having an option to show songs in the queue when the video is paused would be beneficial for people playing instruments on Twitch that use the songlist as a way to take requests for songs to play and frequently pause.
